Complete Tenant Placement Services - for Management Clients: Fee ⇒ 1/2 one month's rent Arrange for advertising at owner's cost with local newspapers, create vacancy poster for real estate office advertising
board, display "For Rent" sign at property, list property on this website Answer inquiries, personally show the property, screen and select tenants Complete Tenancy Agreement forms with the owner's approval of any
additional terms and conditions Collect damage
deposit and forward to owner Complete move-out
& move-in inspections with tenants If a
tenant that we place moves within 180 days, the next placement fee will be waived to re-rent property.
