“Jen has been a great asset
for us in Valemount. As we live in Edmonton, it really would not have been possible to invest in a revenue property
there without her assistance. Jen has been invaluable in maintaining and overseeing our property. She has always
been available to us and our tenants with any needs we may have. She works in a very professional manner and we are
so grateful to have her represent us there, in beautiful Valemount. We would definitely recommend anyone interested
in investing in Valemount to contact Jen."
bought my property as an investment in Valemount's future, because I truly believe the future is bright for this gem of a
village tucked away in the mountains. But while I'm working and raising my family in Calgary, waiting to turn my property
into my retirement dreams, I need to be sure it's safe, secure and working for me. Trying to do that on my own involved
long and expensive trips back and forth with little success in finding prospective tenants, not knowing how much the market
would bear for rental fees, or what I should do to the property to make it more appealing.
Jen has been pure gold, taking an empty rental in need of some TLC and turning
it into a homey win-win for myself and my tenant. She has taken all the work, worry and stress out of being an absentee
property owner. With Jen in charge, I know right away when something needs attention, and she gets the job done as quickly
as possible...and with her network of home care professionals I know the work will be done right and at a fair price.
She has her finger on the pulse of the community and is the person to know if you want to be sure your rental proeprty will
be an attractive option for quality tenants. I couldn't be happier with her services."
managed a property I owned in Valemount for over 2 years. Living and working in Calgary, I needed someone I could
trust and depend on to take care of, and manage the property as a rental until I could sell it. Jen was the person I
could trust and depend on. She was always responsive, efficient and very professional.
I would definitely recommend Jen as a Property Manager."
is very professional, thorough and has worked very hard to keep my property rented."
provided Property Management expertise on my mother's residence in Valemount for over 2 years. The peace of mind service
that she provided to our family who lives in southern BC cannot be expressed in words. All home maintenance, repairs,
inspections, snow removal, lawn services and cleaning were done at the best possible price and the highest quality workmanship.
Jen is always available by phone and e-mail and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering her for Property Rental
or Property Management."
" Jen Applebaum has been managing Mountainview
Apartments for the past five years, through some of the most difficult times in its history, due to the closing of the mill. The recommendations she has made to make necessary repairs have been invaluable, resulting
in increased tenancy during this very trying time. She works very well with tenants, resulting in a well run, happy
living area for all. She understands my needs to have a building that cash flows positively, and to have regular,
" As out-of-town
property owners, we feel secure and confident knowing that Jen is managing our investment. For those who value a thorough,
knowledgeable and detail-driven Property Manager, you wont find a better candidate"
" Jen Applebaum has been managing my property since 2007. She has helped plan and supervise numerous
renovations, helping to keep the building well maintained, tenants content, and increase the property value. Her decorating
expertise and advice have proven to be invaluable."
